WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, local, and tribal governments; courts; faith-based community organizations; 501(c)3 nonprofits, and victim service providers that are a nonprofit, nongovernmental or tribal organization or rape crisis center, including a state or territorial coalition, that assists or advocates for domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking victims with a documented history of effective work concerning domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking

FY 2025 Grants to Prevent and Respond to Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking, and Sex Trafficking Against Children and Youth Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support comprehensive and community-based efforts to develop or expand prevention, intervention, treatment, and response strategies to address the needs of children and youth (ages 0-24) impacted by domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sex trafficking. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Nonprofit and non-governmental entities, tribal nonprofits and organizations, Indian tribal governments, units of local government or agencies of units of local government, schools, victim service providers, and faith-based organizations

FY 2025 Rural Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support efforts to enhance the safety of rural victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking through projects uniquely designed to address and prevent these crimes in rural areas. Click here for more information.

FY 2025 Sexual Assault Forensic Exam (SAFE) Hiring and Training Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports efforts to establish or expand access to pediatric and/or adult/adolescent sexual assault forensic exams by funding the salaries of full- and part-time sexual assault nurse/forensic examiners (SANEs/SAFEs) providing forensic exams or serving as a regional preceptor or as a SANE/SAFE instructor. Click here for more information.

FY 2025 Transitional Housing Assistance Grants for Victims of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports projects that provide 6 to 24 months of transitional housing with support services for victims who are homeless or in need of transitional housing or other housing assistance as a result of a situation of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking, and for whom emergency shelter services or other crisis intervention services are unavailable or insufficient. Click here for more information.

FY 2024 Regional Infrastructure Accelerator Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program assists entities in developing improved infrastructure priorities and financing strategies for the accelerated development of a project that is eligible for funding under the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) Credit Program. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, multi-state or multi-jurisdictional groups, municipalities, counties, a special purpose district or public authority with a transportation function, a Tribal government or consortium of Tribal governments, metropolitan planning organizations (MPO), regional transportation planning organizations (RTPO), Regional Transportation Commissions, or a political subdivision of a State or local government, or combination of two or more of the foregoing
