WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to catalyze the recommissioning, retrofitting, and strategically repurposing of coal-fired generation assets to offer the fastest and most cost-effective path to restoring energy stability while supporting the nation’s industrial and security priorities. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible entities are two- and four-year institutions of higher education, nonprofit and non-academic organizations, for-profit organizations, local and state governments, and American Indian or Alaskan Native tribes, bands, nations, pueblos, villages, or communities.
