WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support the efforts of community coalitions who work to prevent and reduce substance use among youth. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Community-based coalitions addressing youth substance use that have not previously received a DFC grant. Community coalitions must be a 501(c)(3) organization, or the coalition can partner with a fiscal agent on behalf of the coalition. Fiscal agents may include state and territorial governments; county, city or township, and special district governments; independent school districts, institutions of higher education, Native American tribal organizations, public and Indian housing authorities; and for-profit organizations.

FY 2025 Healthy American Forests Initiative (HAFI)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support watershed restoration and vegetation management projects on National Forest System lands to achieve a healthy forest ecosystem. Projects should increase forest management activities and reduce wildfire risk to ultimately promote healthy forests, increase timber productivity, and protect American prosperity.
