Department of Agriculture

FY 2025 Rural Water and Wastewater Technical Assistance and Training (TAT) Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program helps qualified, private nonprofits provide technical assistance and training to identify and evaluate solutions to water and waste problems; helps applicants prepare applications for water and waste disposal loans/grants; and helps associations improve the operation and maintenance of water and waste facilities in eligible rural areas. FY 2024 Building Upgrades Inspiring Local Transformation (BUILT Nonprofits) Grant Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports building improvement projects proposed by nonprofit organizations that reduce energy use, lower carbon emissions, and generate short- and long-term energy cost saving so that operational dollars can be redirected toward mission-critical work. Funding may be used for energy efficiency equipment and installation to reduce operational costs by improving efficiency. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Applicants must own and operate the targeted building of the proposed project

FY 2025 Energy Improvements in Rural or Remote Areas

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support rural and remote communities in building clean energy projects that benefit their communities. Benefits could include cleaner, more resilient, more reliable, and/or cheaper local energy sources for rural and remote communities. These projects could also increase local energy independence, tax revenue, economic development and diversification, and local jobs. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Tribal nations; state, territorial, and local governments; nonprofits; labor unions; for-profit entities; rural electric cooperatives; farming associations and cooperatives; incorporated and unincorporated consortia; and institutions of higher education

Department of Health and Human Services

FY 2025 Partnership for National Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Leadership

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of the program is to support national organizations in building the capacity of state MCH programs, urban MCH programs, Healthy Start programs, and MIECHV programs to achieve the long-term goal to improve national MCH health outcomes and reduce associated disparities by better serving specific populations and awardees. FY 2025 Health Center Controlled Network Cooperative Agreements

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs), which are networks of participating health centers (PHCs), to work collaboratively to leverage health information technology (IT) and data to enhance delivery of affordable, accessible, and high-quality primary care, with a specific focus on data management and analytics, interoperability of systems and digital health tools, and Uniform Data System Modernization (UDS+) implementation (the electronic submission of de-identified health center patient data). WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Applicants: HCCNs and current H80 recipients that have been funded for 2 consecutive preceding years applying on behalf of an HCCN. Organizations: higher education institutions; local and state governments; nonprofit, and for-profit and tribal organizations

Department of Housing and Urban Development

FY 2024 Family Self-Sufficiency Program – Renewal & New Applicants

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program enables HUD-assisted families to increase their earned income and reduce their dependency on welfare assistance and rental subsidies. FSS provides grants to Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) to support the salaries and training needs of FSS Program Coordinators who assist participating families receiving housing assistance through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), RAD-affected Project-Based Voucher (PBV), and Public Housing (PH) programs. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Public housing authorities (PHAs) that are currently administering an FSS program or PHAs that were not funded through an FSS program solicitation in FY 2021, FY 2022, or FY 2023

FY 2025 National Crime Victims' Rights Week Community Awareness Project

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program will enhance the general public's awareness of the rights and services for victims of all types of crimes by offering funding to aid communities in conducting public awareness initiatives during or close to National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW), which is scheduled for April 6, 2025, through April 12, 2025. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Public agencies, governmental agencies, nonprofits, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, tribal organizations, community coalitions committed to advocating for the rights and services of crime victims, organizations without 501(c)(3) status that serve crime victims, and victims of Crime Act (VOCA)-funded organizations.

National Endowment for the Humanities

FY 2025 Sustaining Cultural Heritage Collections

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to help cultural institutions meet the complex challenge of preserving large and diverse holdings of humanities materials for future generations by supporting environmentally sustainable preventive care measures that mitigate deterioration, prolong the useful life of collections, reduce energy consumption, and strengthen institutions’ ability to anticipate and respond to disasters.
