FY 2025 Rural Business Development Grants

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to promote economic development and job creation, funding various business and community projects that serve rural areas. Awards will be provided in the categories of business opportunity awards and business enterprise awards. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Public bodies, state and local government entities, rural cooperatives, federally recognized tribes, institutions of higher education, or nonprofit entities primarily serving rural areas.

FY 2025 Community Forest and Open Space Conservation Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to establish community forests by protecting forest land from conversion to non-forest uses. Supported projects should provide community benefits, including public recreation, environmental and economic benefits, and forest-based educational programs. FY 2025 Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training Program for Professionals

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to increase the supply of behavioral health professionals and improve the distribution of a well-trained behavioral health workforce. The program has a specific focus on increasing access to behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and young adults. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Public and private institutions of higher education; nonprofits with or without a 501(c)(3) IRS status; state, county, city, township, and special district governments; domestic faith-based and community-based organizations; hospitals; HRSA-funded health centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers; rural health clinics; other community-based clinical settings; and Native American tribal governments or organizations.

National Endowment for the Humanities

FY 2025 Landmarks of American History and Culture

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to enhance and strengthen humanities teaching by providing funds for a series of one-week residential, virtual, and combined format workshops across the nation that enhance how K-12 educators, higher education faculty, and humanities professionals incorporate place-based approaches to humanities teaching and scholarship.
