The NSGLC has released a call for proposals for research projects examining the effectiveness of coastal adaptation and resilience laws and policies. The competition is open to Sea Grant Programs, colleges, universities, and nonprofit, non-academic institutions directly associated with research activities (e.g. public policy organizations). The Coastal Resilience Program grants have a recommended funding level of $75,000. The NSGLC anticipates sufficient funding to make one to two grant awards. Letters of Intent are due by 5 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
Full proposals are due by 5 p.m. Central Time on Friday, April 14, 2023.
