In this webinar we will discuss how to classify these risks from a workers compensation standpoint. We will also learn how to identify these risks as not all temporary labor or PEO risks put the name "temp" in their title. Because there is no specific manual rules, we will share tools with the auditor to help determine if the risk should be identified as a temporary labor, labor contractor or PEO risk.

After graduating from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Sally Nesmith moved to South Bend, Indiana where she started her insurance career. She lived in Louisiana for 27 years and worked as a professional liability underwriter, as an Estate Manager for the Department of Insurance, as Accountant and later as the Director of Client Services for the Louisiana Home Builders SIF and most finally for LWCC as the Associate Vice President of Insurance Operations. Sally moved to Northwest Arkansas in the spring of 2015 and started working with Premium Audit Advisory Service (PAAS) as the Technical Manager of Education. Sally has held her CIC designation since 1992 and obtained the APA designation and is working to complete the CPCU designation by the end of 2020.
