Florida has been ground zero for election news regularly during the 21st century. During elections in Florida, both individual and public health issues resonate strongly, because of the state's demographics and history. Health care policy is certain to be a key issue in the upcoming election season.
NSU Law is hosting a non-partisan discussion to educate voters about a slate of core, national health law, and public health law election issues. National expert, James Hodge, Jr., the Peter Kiewit Foundation Professor of Law at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University will be presenting on February 19, 2020 at 6:30 pm at NSU Law.
