The New South Wales Wine Industry Association represents the interests of all NSW wine producers and grape growers. Our aim is for the NSW Wine Industry Association to advocate for the NSW Wine Industry and provide information and a sense of belonging to our members.
SIMPLE ONLINE WAY TO CAPTURE GUESTS DETAILS
We hope everyone that started offering tastings again from June 1st is seeing lots of happy faces through the door.

As we have previously stated, in NSW it is now mandatory for all cellar doors to capture the details of people coming in and sitting down to a wine tasting.
We have been discussing this and there are a number of ways to do it:
1.     Old fashioned pen and paper
2.     Online Pre-booking service like Rezdy
3.     On site online system like GuestHQ
Each of them has advantages and disadvantages.

We spoke to our colleagues at the Restaurant and Catering Association and they recommended GuestHQ. This is a simple online process that can easily happen as a guest enters a Cellar Door.
They have provided us with a ‘special deal’ which can be extended to all NSW Cellar Doors.

The NSWWIA has no relationship, commercial or otherwise, with this business but thought it may be of interest.
