Saturday Morning Technology Hour Series
To register, visit MyLearningPlan.com and select district catalog. You can type NTC in the search bar and all offerings will be listed. Registration will close two days prior to each workshop date.

Participants whose attendance is marked confirmed will earn 1 CTLE hour. Instructors will email participants the Zoom link one day prior to the workshop.

WORKSHOPS ARE INTERACTIVE SO PARTICIPANTS NEED TO JOIN THE ZOOM FROM A DESKTOP OR LAPTOP DEVICE.

 NTC 2021-09A Virtual Classrooms: Setting up your Bitmoji and a Dynamic Virtual Classroom
Saturday, October 24th, 2020 9:30 - 10:30

During this one hour workshop, participants will learn how to create their virtual classroom and begin to link resources. Must have Bitmoji app and extension installed prior to the workshop. See building technology integration specialist if you need assistance with getting the extension/app installed.
Audience: All staff


NTC 2021-10 Using Kami to make PDF's come alive!

During this one hour workshop, participants will learn how to use Kami to modify PDF's. This is a great tool to replace students using activity pages in a hybrid setting!
Audience: 3 - 12 teachers


NTC 2021-11 EdPuzzle
Saturday, November 7, 2020 9:30 - 10:30

Edpuzzle is a web-based interactive video and formative assessment tool that lets users crop existing online videos and add content to target specific learning objectives. During this one hour workshop, participants will explore EdPuzzle and how to maximize usage in a hybrid setting.

NTC 2021-13 Editing Videos with ScreenCastify
Saturday, November 21, 2020 9:30 - 10:30

During this one hour workshop, participants will explore how to use the editing features of ScreenCastify to trim and merge videos in addition to additional video editing tasks.
Audience: K - 12 teachers
