The Summer 2024 Volume of Drug Court Review (Vol. III) is now available on our website and we are accepting submissions for Volume IV through Nov. 1, 2024. All volume and submission information is at the link below.

Drug Court Review is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that builds a bridge between law, science, and clinical communities. Published annually by the NTCRC, Drug Court Review is a resource that is accessible and of interest to all. Although the journal emphasizes scholarship and scientific research, it also provides commentary from experts in treatment courts and related fields that treatment court practitioners can apply to their everyday work. Each volume of the Drug Court Review features the results of research conducted by both scholars and practitioners.

NTCRC on the Road: Tribal Law & Policy Institute Conference Presentation

NTCRC Co-Directors Dr. Kristen DeVall and Dr. Christina Lanier delivered a grant writing presentation at the 2024 Tribal Healing to Wellness Court Implementation and Enhancement Training, "Reclaiming Indigenous Justice," in Phoenix, Arizona. The NTCRC is honored to work with our fellow TTA Collaborative partner, Tribal Law & Policy Institute, to support Healing-to-Wellness Courts.

"...Tribes best know how to care for their own communities and keep them safe, and have inherent strengths in Indigenous justice systems."
