Employee Spotlight: Meet Greta Pallow

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Greta Pallow, who first joined NTM as a high school student and continues to impress us even as she balances work with college. From mastering complex machining tasks to lending a hand wherever it’s needed, Greta’s commitment and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of our team. We’re beyond thrilled she’s still with us and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes!

How long have you been with NTM? 2.5 years

What was your first week like? When I first started, I only worked after school. I didn’t end up meeting some of my coworkers because they were already gone for the day when I arrived. I did a lot of sandblasting, and got lost a few times in the shop.

Any notable memories over time? What has changed?

A notable memory for me was when we got the “YCM,” one of our giant vertical CNC mills. It was so cool to see it get moved into the shop. A lot of our processes have changed and have become more efficient.

What do you do now?Now I am working in the bunters department. I run a sinker EDM as well as a CNC lathe.

What do you do outside of work? What are your hobbies?

I enjoy spending time with my family and my boyfriend. I like to go to car shows with my truck. I also enjoy cooking and sometimes baking.
