AGENDA for CONGREGATIONAL MEETING MARCH 20, 2022, 11:30 AM
· Rev. Susan Ritchie will open the meeting, and review the staff and programming information from the annual report and ask for related questions
· Rev. Susan Ritchie will read the biographies of the persons nominated for the openings on the Board of Trustees
· Board Member Bonnie Beardslee will call for a motion to approve the candidates for board as a complete slate. Rev. Ritchie will then run the vote in three waves: those in person, those online (voting through the “poll” function on Zoom), a second wave of online voting for those families sharing a device

· Board Member Bonnie Beardslee will call for a motion to approve the candidates for the Nominating Committee as a complete slate. Rev. Ritchie will then run the vote in three waves: those in person, those online (voting through the “poll” function on Zoom), a second wave of online voting for those families sharing a device
· Board Member Lyn Savidge will present “Building Expansion: Background, and Where We Are Today”
· Rev. Ritchie will run down the key design features of the new building, using visual provided by Davis/Wince architects
· Board Members Ted Hicks & Bonnie Beardslee will present the part of the annual report related to the bathroom design.
· Questions! Rev. Ritchie will field and refer to the person best qualified to answer
· Rev. Ritchie will remind the congregation of the next steps to expect
· Board Member Bonnie Beardslee will call for motion to adjourn
