Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please be advised that listed below are the NJSIAA start dates for Fall Sports:
*Football & Girls Tennis - August 9, 2021
*Volleyball, Soccer, Field Hockey & Cross Country - August 16, 2021

In addition to the online registration process, a valid Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form must be submitted. If the date of your child's current physical at NVRHS is on or before 8/9/20 for Football and Tennis (Girls) on or before 8/16/2020 for Volleyball, Soccer, Field Hockey and Cross Country, they will need a NEW physical in order to be placed on the Fall 2021 roster. All medical offices are open for well visits.
Please print out the Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form and mail to NVD to the Attention of the School Nurse or drop off at Main Entrance in a sealed envelope with name of the student and "athletic forms" written on front of envelope.
We do NOT accept faxed, scanned for email, or copied forms. Only originals are accepted.
Please be aware that these required forms must be received, reviewed, and processed by the school nurse before the athlete can try out or practice. Incomplete forms will cause a delay in the start of your season.
The safety of our athletes is our most important consideration. No athlete will be allowed to participate in NVRHS sports if the school procedures and the State guidelines are not followed.
