Family: Single. No children but have two amazing DOG-sons, Bart and Briggs. They are Boston Terriers. Briggs loves the water and may be part fish. Bart is just a goof ball.
Occupation/Profession: I am the Community Relations Coordinator for the Northwest district of Oklahoma for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company aka: OG&E. My territory includes: Enid, Alva, Woodward, Wind farms, the solar farm, the Sooner Power Plant and various smaller communities throughout OG&E’s service territory.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Stay in motion, because the one thing that is constant is change.
What qualities do you look for in a leader?
Integrity, hard work, initiative and innovation.
If you could only eat one item of food for the rest of your life, what would you eat?
Favorite thing about Enid?
I love the people and we have the best downtown/square.

Family: Married to Tiffany Misak, 1 son - Kasen (1 yr old), and AussieDoodle - Baker
Occupation/Profession: Marketing and Business Development Manager for the Enid Regional Development Alliance (ERDA). My role is to develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy for ERDA to potential industries and workforce as well as the community.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
My dad always told me, “A lot of life is about the books you read and the people you meet.” Reading and connecting with others can lead to numerous doors being opened.
What qualities do you look for in a leader? 
Three qualities of a leader that I look for and strive to display are; responsible, deliberative and empowering.
If you could only eat one item of food for the rest of your life, what would you eat?

Favorite thing about Enid? My favorite thing about Enid is the opportunity to get involved. There are numerous organizations that you can be involved in and be able to see the direct impact you are making in the community. Being a part of the various groups also allows you to connect with others and develop friendships and connections.
