NWAA Member Profile:

Where do you live? Where did you attend school?

I live in North Wilmington. I went to Rutgers University, majored in Art history and Studio Art and then returned to school years later and studied at PAFA.

As an artist already heavily connected to the Wilmington art scene, what attracted you
to NWAA?

NWAA has an energy about it that is exciting and new. Its vibe is future not past. At most NWAA openings people were actually taking about art and the creative process.
Its vision is clear and its mission is pretty straight-forward: to support artists and their work. I also liked that NWAA has partnered with Fractured Atlas to offer membership to
its artists.
