Save America's Treasures Grants: National Park Service
Deadline: Dec. 19 | Details here. Save America’s Treasures grants from the Historic Preservation Fund provide preservation or conservation assistance to nationally significant historic properties and collections. Properties can include historic districts, buildings, sites, structures, and objects, and collections can include artifacts, museum collections, documents, sculptures, and other works of art.
USDA Wood Innovations and Community Wood Funding Opportunities
The Wood Innovations program aims to stimulate, expand, and support markets for U.S. wood products and wood energy to reduce forest fire fuels in the Forest Service system, reduce forest management costs, and promote environmental and economic health. Read more about the available grants online.

Food and Agriculture Service Leaning Program: USDA
Deadline: Dec. 7 | Details here. Funding to increase the knowledge of agricultural science and improve the nutritional health of children. The Program’s goal is to increase the capacity for food, garden, and nutrition education within host organizations or entities, such as school cafeterias and classrooms, while fostering higher levels of community engagement between farms and school systems by bringing together stakeholders from distinct parts of the food system. The initiative is part of a broader effort to not only increase access to school meals for low-income children, but also to dramatically improve their quality.
Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Program

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) announced the second round of its Thriving Communities Program (TCP) (FY 2023) to support low-resourced communities in advancing transformative transportation projects. SBA's Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. America's Seed Fund is the nation's largest source of early-stage research and development funding for small businesses and startups.
EPA Innovative Water Infrastructure Workforce Development
Deadline: Nov. 17 | Details here. This program will assist in the development and utilization of innovative activities relating to workforce development, training, and career opportunities in the water utility sector.
Cooperative Watershed Management Program - deadline Dec 5th
Deadline: Dec. 5 | Details here. This program provides funding to watershed groups to encourage diverse stakeholders to form local solutions to address their water management needs. Funding is provided on a competitive basis for (1) watershed group development and watershed restoration planning, and (2) implementation of watershed management projects. Grants range from $10,000 - $300,000.
Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) - Deadline Feb 29
Deadline: Feb. 29, 2024 | Details here. Grant program for hazard mitigation activities. FEMA will extend financial assistance to eligible BRIC applicants for a range of activities, including capability and capacity-building initiatives to enhance workforce expertise, hazard mitigation projects that bolster public safety and resilience against a variety of natural hazards, and management costs, which help offset administrative expenses associated with mitigation measures and projects.
The Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA)
Deadline: Feb. 29, 2024 | Details here. To reduce or eliminate the risk of repetitive flood damage to buildings and structures insured under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), and within NFIP-participating communities. It does so with a recognition of the growing flood hazards associated with climate change and of the need for flood hazard risk mitigation activities that promote climate adaptation, equity, and resilience with respect to flooding. These include both acute extreme weather events and chronic stressors which have been observed and are expected to increase in intensity and frequency in the future.

Community Business Preservation Program
Deadline: Jan 19, 2024 | For more information, contact Leslie Hylton-Hinga; leslie.hylton-hinga@state.co.us. Colorado Creative Industries. This program provides grants of $10,000-$50,000, as well as up to two years of training and consultation support, to groups of geographically proximate and culturally similar businesses that are facing displacement pressures and that hold cultural, social, or historical significance in Colorado.

Google Cybersecurity Clinics Fund
Deadline: March 24, 2024 | Details here. The Google Cybersecurity Clinics Fund, a Google initiative in collaboration with the Consortium of Cybersecurity Clinics, will support U.S.-based colleges, universities, and community colleges with up to $1 million each in funding to increase access and opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers in cybersecurity. Any nonprofit or public higher education institution is eligible to apply.
REDF Employment Social Enterprises Grant
Details here. The REDF Accelerator reviews applications on a rolling basis to fill its two annual cohorts. REDF provides grantmaking, lending, and leadership development to employment social enterprises—businesses achieving transformative social impact by providing jobs, training, and support to people breaking through barriers to employment.
