LandrumHR: Using Process to Improve People Performance

Landrum facilitated a custom 3P (Production, Preparation & Process) design kaizen for a line-time client to simplify a complex situation and training. Doing this decreased errors by 70% and created a significant labor cost savings by improving equipment efficiency. Florida Ready to Work webinar presents workforce readiness program

Florida Ready to Work is introducing an all new soft skills solution to help move Florida’s economy forward by equipping students and job seekers with the employability skills required to take the next step toward technical training, certification, apprenticeship, and employment across industry sectors. The program is implemented in collaboration with the workforce system, school districts, state colleges, technical centers, adult education, juvenile justice, corrections, community-based organizations, and employers.

Those who successfully complete the program earn the Florida Soft Skills Credential. The credential is issued by the State of Florida, signed by the governor and recognized as common measures of employability skill readiness for most all jobs today.

This live session includes a program overview, implementation tips and demonstration of system features including how to enroll participants, monitor participant progress and proctor the assessment.
