TEXAS #123
AWESOME TROPHY AOUDAD- LAST CHANCE FOR 2025!
| |
|
These hunts take place in the mountains of West Texas, on over 50,000 acres, with a year-round population of aoudad. Although you can cover a lot of ground on 4 wheelers, this hunt can be physically demanding and it will be to your advantage to be in good physical shape, although they can accommodate most hunters. You hunt elevations of 4,500-6,500 feet on some rugged rocky terrain in a typical desert habitat; rocky slopes and good balance and quality boots and footwork do help. Temperatures range from 20 degrees to 85 degrees. Shots will average between 150 to 350 yards, although terrain can cause some shots to be 400+ yards.
These are tough animals and we recommend at least a .270 rifle. Javelina are sometimes available as well, at no extra charge. There are no wild hogs on the ranch. Arrive the day before your hunt, sight-in your rifle, and likely go hunting that afternoon. The closest airport is El Paso, and you will meet the outfitter in Van Horn. We have done this hunt ourselves!

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES #283
LAST MINUTE $7000 DISCOUNT - BARREN GROUND MUSK OX
| |
|
The long-time outfitter was fortunate enough to have a new hunting zone created in his territory for the 2022 season, due to an expanding herd now estimated in the thousands. It had never been commercially hunted, and the musk ox rarely, if ever, saw humans. The results were amazing: 100% success on their fall hunts that first year, and 90% made B&C or P&Y, including the new #1 B&C! Incredible! The hunting since then has continued to be amazing, with more book animals taken each season! This is simply one of the finest musk ox hunts currently available anywhere on the planet!
Hunting is by spot & stalk hunt, and you will travel by snow machine. It is a winter hunt, and it will be very cold. You will need to come prepared physically and mentally, and be absolutely dressed appropriately to stay warm.
| |
|
There are 3 spots left for their late-winter hunts, and the outfitter feels that the chances are very good to take 3 more Boone & Crockett record book bulls! The regular price of $24,000 is now discounted to just $17,000 USD per person 1x1 for a 6-day hunt, plus 5% tax, license and harvest fee (approx. $480) and $2,500 for charter flight (can be split among passengers).
DATES: March 11-16, 2025 (3 spots)

ALBERTA #74
BIG TROPHY WHITETAILS (LAST SPOT FOR 2025!)
| |
|
Our Agent in Canada had been looking for a serious, big-whitetail operation in Alberta for some time now, and he has found it. This outfitter has over 20 years of guiding experience in various parts of Canada, and started his own whitetail operation in northeastern Alberta in 2018. He hunts over 15,000 square miles of Crown land in some of the best big-buck territory in Alberta. This area is a mix of farmland, swamps and big bush, which is a perfect recipe for growing big whitetails, and they have great genetics to go along with it.
This operation hunts only whitetails! That’s important in Alberta, as baiting is not permitted, so they spend countless hours (and burn countless tanks of gas) scouting for big bucks, both before and during the season, to ensure that hunters are all sitting in high-percentage stands. They also employ lots of trail cameras. So when they put you in a stand, you can sit there all day with the confidence of knowing there’s a reason they put you there.
They consistently produce approx. 85%-95% shot opportunity and approx. 75% success, with a 150+” average! That’s very impressive when you consider that most people who hunt Alberta do so because it’s known for big bucks, and many hunters already have a few nice 140”-150”-class bucks on their walls, so they are holding out for something special. Most hunting is done from heated ground blinds, tower stands or ladder stands located on field edges, cut-lines or back in the timber along scrapelines or well-used travel routes. They hunt the month of November, with just 4-6 hunters per week. There are just a few spots left for 2025.
| |
|
Price is $6,545 USD per person 2x1 (rifle or archery), plus 5% tax and licenses (approx. $700) for a 6-day hunt, including meals and lodging.
2025 DATES: November 8-15 (1 spot)

NEW BRUNSWICK #213
AFFORDABLE SPRING BLACK BEAR
| |
|
We have been working with this excellent operation for close to 15 years now and they have proven to be very successful every year. They also have quite a variety to offer, ranging from excellent black bear hunting in spring and fall, to Atlantic salmon fishing spring through fall, to superb striped and smallmouth bass fishing, and also good bird hunting. Their spring bear success is normally about 90% to 100% (rarely does someone go home without at least 1 bear), and the fall hunts are equally productive, and you may be able to include some grouse hunting and striper fishing then. Atlantic salmon fishing (fly fishing only, catch and release) can also be excellent.
There is two-bear limit (2 licenses required), which means you are free to shoot the first good bear you see and then hold out for a bruiser on the second tag. Bears will average between 5 to 6.5 feet, meaning nice mature bears in the 175- to 200+-pound range, and some larger. They maintain lots of bait stations.
| |
|
Spring 2025 price is $3,800 USD per person, plus licenses (approx. $185 per license). Includes 5 days’/6 nights’ accommodations, hearty meals, experienced guiding and housekeeping. A second bear, salmon fishing, and airport pickup can be added for additional cost.
2025 DATES: Various weeks in May and June

SASKATCHEWAN #180
LAST CHANCE FOR 2025: TROPHY WHITETAILS
| |
|
This outfitter hunts 50,000 acres (that is a lot of ground!) in the farmland fringe in northeast SK, and there are only a handful of outfitters in Saskatchewan that have allocated hunting areas within the farmland fringe, making this area a real gem! We test hunted here several years back and, despite warm weather, many deer were seen and the best deer harvested was a 164” B&C. Since then, many 140- to 160-class deer have been taken here.
Hunters sit either in ground blinds or elevated box blinds, overlooking active baits. Once the agricultural crops in the area have been harvested, the deer move into the bush 24/7, and these bait sites become a big food source, especially when snow covers the forest’s natural forage and cold temperatures force the deer to feed more. It is not uncommon under these conditions to see 10-15 deer per day, including numerous bucks.
They encourage clients to shoot only deer scoring 140 B&C or better. However, those who have the discipline and patience to pass up the 140+” bucks are often eventually awarded with a chance at something bigger. Success rates are about 90% and close to 100% opportunity. There are only 4-6 hunters in camp at a time.
| |
|
They have just 4 tags left for this season. Price is $5,500 USD per person for 5-day hunt, plus license and GST. Food, lodging and airport pick up included.
2025 DATES: November 10-14 or November 24-28 (4 spots)

TEXAS #353
ESTATE AOUDAD (DISCOUNT!), DEER, HOGS, EXOTICS
| |
|
Texas is simply one of the best places in the country to hunt a variety of native and exotics species, sometimes year-round. This small, family-run operation offers just that, on a spacious 940-acre high-fence ranch that offers a little something for every hunter in your group, regardless of age or physical ability. So gather the family and head for the Hill Country (2 hours from San Antonio) for some fun and affordable hunting, camaraderie, and some tasty meat for your freezer!
The ranch has a very healthy game population, consisting of both native and exotics species such as whitetails, hogs, axis deer, blackbuck, aoudad, fallow deer, sika deer, scimitar-horned oryx, red stag, mouflon and even blue wildebeest. Hunts for additional species can often be arranged on nearby ranches, so just let us know if there’s something else that interests you. Some of these species are available from September/October thru February, while others can be hunted year-round, making for great fun during the “off season”.
You can usually choose your method of hunting, including spot & stalk (whether on foot or by vehicle) or sitting in a blind/stand over a feeder or waterhole. There is also great catch & release fishing available on their 2 fishing ponds, which are stocked with bass, catfish and panfish.

WYOMING #38
TROPHY ANTELOPE (LAST SPOT FOR 2025!)
| |
|
This small but professional outfitter operates in southeastern Wyoming, on two large, well-managed private ranches with prime big game habitat. Working closely with the ranch owners allows this outfitter to maintain quality hunting and produce some great trophies. We have been working with him for close to 20 years.
He offers a very good antelope hunt, in two different units, and takes just 4 hunters per year in total. However, only one spot remains for 2025, for an Area 34 hunt. We anticipate that it will likely take at least 4 antelope preference points to draw a Regular License (approx. $350), but a Special License (approx. $1,215) can likely be drawn without any preference points at all! The application deadline for both species is May 30, 2025.
| |
|
Price is $2,350 per person 2x1 for 3-day hunt. Lodging is a motel/hotel in Wheatland, at your expense. Meals are not included, other than lunches in the field.
DATES: October 6-8, 2025 (1 spot)

NEW MEXICO #319
TROPHY BULL ELK, MULE DEER- NO DRAW!
| | |
|
At Hunt Nation, we book more elk hunts than anything else, and we book more elk hunts in New Mexico than anywhere else. This exceptional outfitter has been in business over 20 years and enjoys about 80% repeat clients. Although they hunt a variety of species (including big antelope and also big aoudad in Texas), elk are their bread & butter. This truly is a first-rate operation, as evidenced by how often we get positive reviews even from folks who did not fill their tag! We think that speaks volumes about an outfitter. | |
|
Their main elk area is Unit 34, where the bull-to-cow ratio is the best in the State. These hunts fill up every year, and he is already nearly full for 2025! These are marketed as hunts for 280”-320” bulls, but they do take some bigger. These 5-day hunts are $15,000 per person 2x1 or $17,000 per person 1x1.
New Mexico also has some very good mule deer. This outfitter’s Unit 34 deer hunts are also nearly full for 2025. They conservatively expect 140”-150” bucks, with a possibility of bigger (another reason we really like this outfitter is that they tend to understate their trophy quality). Price is $6,500 per person 2x1 or $8,500 per person 1x1 for a 5-day hunt.
Hunts include meals, lodging and a guaranteed access to purchase your State license/tag, so no draws to contend with. Tax of approx. 5.125% is extra.
2025 DATES:
November 15-19 RIFLE MULE DEER (1 spot)
September 20-24 ARCHERY ELK (1 spot)
October 1-5 RIFLE ELK (1 spot; limited mobility hunt)
October 8-12 RIFLE ELK (1 spot)
October 18-22 RIFLE ELK (3 spots)
November 1-5 RIFLE ELK (3 spots)
November 8-12 RIFLE ELK (4 spots)
December 6-10 RIFLE ELK (2 spots)
December 13-17 RIFLE ELK (2 spots)
