WE HAVE ALL YOUR BUCKET LIST ADVENTURES!

TEXAS #353

DISCOUNT AOUDAD AND MORE!

Texas is simply the best place in the country to hunt a variety of native and exotics species, sometimes year-round. This small, family-run operation offers just that, on a spacious 940-acre high-fence ranch that offers a little something for every hunter in your group, regardless of age or physical ability. So gather the family and head for the Hill Country (2 hours from San Antonio) for some fun and affordable hunting, camaraderie, and some tasty meat for your freezer!

The ranch has a very healthy game population of numerous species, including the impressive aoudad sheep. You can typically choose your method of hunting, including spot & stalk (whether on foot or by vehicle) or sitting in a blind/stand over a feeder or waterhole. Certain other exotics can also be hunted at this time (mainly their sheep species, as most antlered species have shed, although meat hunts for does are still available). There is also great catch & release fishing available on their 2 fishing ponds, which are stocked with bass, catfish and panfish.

They are currently running the following special (good until September 30, 2025):

Trophy Aoudad Ram – 3-day hunt, trophy fee, lodging, meals for $3,500 per person (reg. $4,150).

Additional trophies can be added for the following additional trophy fees:

Hog – $350 (night hunts also available)

Whitetail/Sika/Blackbuck Doe – $575

Whitetail Cull Buck (mature, 6 pts. or less) – $1,150

Whitetail Management Buck (mature, 8 pts. or less) – $2,500

Whitetail Trophy Buck (9 pts. or better) – $3,500 (limited availability; must be booked in advance)

Axis Buck – $3,950

Aoudad Ram – $2,950

Blackbuck – $3,450

Mouflon Ram – $3,450

Sika Buck – $3,450

Fallow Buck – $4,850

Scimitar Oryx – $5,150

Cull (broken horn) Scimitar Oryx – $2,500

Red Deer Stag – $5,850

Red Deer Hind (female) – $1,500

All meals, non-alcoholic drinks and lodging are included. Most hunts are conducted 2x1. Hunters stay in a small but modern and comfortable lodge which sleeps 5 guests.

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES #283

20% DISCOUNT FLY-IN LAKE TROUT, GRAYLING

This full-service lodge is situated on a large lake set in the barren lands of the Arctic. This remote gem offers world class fishing for lake trout and Arctic grayling, and even a few pike. Lakers will average 15-25 lbs., but the lodge record is close to 60! Grayling will average 22”, but the record is 25”. Both species are caught in abundance using a variety of techniques and lures, including flyfishing. They practice catch & release, but they do keep a few “eater” trout for shore lunch.

You will need to fly into Yellowknife (not included in price) the day before, and board a 2-hour charter flight to the lodge the next day (included in price). There are normally daily flights into Yellowknife from Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Ottawa.

The regular price is $7,900 USD per person, but if you book by June 30, 2025, you will save 20% and pay just $6,320 per person (2 guests per guide) for a 6-day/7-night trip. Extras are 5% tax, fishing license, commercial airfares, hotels and meals in Yellowknife inbound/outbound, travel/cancellation insurance and tips. Due to fluctuating fuel costs, a fuel surcharge may be applicable.

ALASKA #267

TROPHY CARIBOU AND GRIZZLY

This outfitter hunts both Barren Ground caribou and grizzly bears, with very good success. The caribou hunts take place along the north slope of the famous Brooks Range. The area is home to over 200,000 animals and this outfitter is permitted to hunt it from end to end (approx. 40,000 square miles). And the Western Arctic Herd’s summer range and calving grounds are in the heart of this outfitter’s area, so there is normally no shortage of animals. However, caribou can move 20 miles overnight, so no caribou hunt is a sure thing, but this outfitter has over 35 years of experience there and normally does very well. You also have the option of taking a grizzly if you see one, and often there is some world class fishing available as well.

Hunts are 7 days (5 hunting days) and you can choose either a traditional “hiking” hunt that entails climbing nearby ridges each day to glass for animals, or a more mobile “raft” hunt (not a float hunt), where you hunt from a motorized Zodiac boat each day, allowing you to cover much more territory (130 river miles/day!). You stay in the same camp regardless of which hunt you choose.

Hunts are $14,900 per person 2x1 or $17,900 per person 1x1. You can add grizzly on a trophy fee basis for $12,500. Approx. $2,100 per person round trip charter flights between Fairbanks and Umiat is extra (once in Umiat, cost of bush plane flight to camp is included).

NORTHWEST TERRITORIES #283

FALL BARREN GROUND MUSK OX

The long-time outfitter was fortunate enough to have a new hunting zone created in his territory in the 2022 season, due to an expanding herd now estimated in the thousands. It had never been commercially hunted, and the musk ox rarely, if ever, saw humans. The results were amazing: 100% success on their fall hunts that first year, and 90% made B&C or P&Y, including the new #2 B&C! Incredible! The hunting since then has continued to be amazing, with more trophy and book animals taken each season! This is simply one of the finest musk ox hunts currently available anywhere on the planet, and this outfitter specializes in producing book bulls!

Hunting is by spot & stalk hunt, and you will be out hunting for 12 hours a day, travelling and glassing. You will need to come prepared mentally for long glassing sits, and be absolutely dressed appropriately to stay warm. You should also see caribou and wolves (wolf can be added for a trophy fee), and have the opportunity to enjoy some fabulous fishing for lake trout and Arctic grayling.

There are 3 spots left for fall 2025 rut hunts (great for archery too!), and the tundra in the fall is simply breathtaking, ablaze in fiery reds, golds and deep oranges. The price is $24,000 USD per person 1x1, plus 5% tax, license and harvest fee (approx. $475) and approx. $3,000 for charter flight (can be split among passengers). SIMPLY PUT, THIS HUNT MAY BE YOUR SINGLE BEST CHANCE OF PUTTING AN ANIMAL IN THE RECORD BOOKS!

2025 DATES:          September 1-8 (8-day hunt) or September 16-21 (6-day hunt)

ALASKA #140

FALL BLACK BEARS, BLACKTAIL DEER

This is a spot & stalk hunt which takes place by boat in the bays and inlets of southeast Alaska. In this maritime environment with the abundance of fish, bears can grow 19+” skulls in 6-7 years, while in many areas that black bears live they would require twice that to reach those sizes. Opportunity is normally 100% and success very close to that.

You will most likely stay aboard a custom-built 31’ aluminum boat. It has comfortable bunks for two people, as well as a nice galley, an enclosed cabin, private head, and fishing gear. Meals are top notch! Hunting will be mainly from skiffs as you probe the beaches and tidal flats of coves and inlets in the spring, and salmon streams and clear cuts in the fall (quads can be used to access some new logging areas that are thick with berries in the fall). These hunts are not very physically demanding and make a great hunt for parent/child.

BLACK BEARS: This outfitter normally takes only 4 people at a time, but can accommodate a larger group using sleeping tents on land (or in a cabin, at extra cost). Price is $7,200 per person 2x1 for a 5-day hunt (1x1 also available for $2,500 extra), plus applicable taxes. There is a possible of adding a deer for extra cost. Non-hunting observers are $3,000 ea. Licenses/tags are guaranteed (no draw!), but the cost is not included. Clients are responsible for their own transportation to/from Ketchikan, but overnight lodging in Ketchikan inbound/outbound is included.

DATES:        September 8-12, 2025 (dates are somewhat flexible)

BLACKTAIL DEER: This outfitter also offers some blacktail deer hunting in the same area. These hunts are either boat-based or from wall tents. You will hunt old logging roads, or hike in from beaches into timber and muskeg. Price is $6,00 per person 2x1 for a 5-day hunt (1x1 also available for $2,000 extra), plus applicable taxes. A 2nd buck can be added for $1,500 extra.

DATES:        October 15-23, October 24-November 1, November 1-9

COLORADO #234N

DEPREDATION BULL ELK

We seldom get openings on this ranch, as they get mostly repeat clients who scoop them up. These September depredation hunts have been close to 100% successful over the last several years. They call it guided 2x1, but it is loosely done, with plenty of personal freedom. These hunts are almost exclusively “truck hunts”, so you will be spending most of your hunting time driving or glassing from a truck, which makes it great for hunters that can’t get around in the mountains too well. And you will likely just hunt a couple of hours in the morning and again in the evening, hoping to catch the elk moving between bedding and feeding areas. So expect lots of downtime back at the cabin. You will be staying in a rustic cabin where you will be responsible for your own meals. This hunt is on a private ranch of about 10,000 acres. The area simply has an abundance of elk. We normally expect most clients to get solid 5x5s or better on this hunt. Most will be typical Colorado bulls averaging in the 250”-270” range. Good respectable trophies, but not giants. The rancher tells us they see several bulls that might push 300” most every year, but please do not book this hunt expecting to get one of those rare birds!

Price is $6,000 per person 2x1 for a 5-day hunt. This hunt is available for a group of 4, so grab some buddies and go. Landowner vouchers will be supplied to allow you to purchase your Colorado Elk License (approx. $800 plus $10 Conservation Stamp). As a bonus, you can add a cow elk for $600 plus the cost of a Cow Elk License.

DATES:        September 14-18, 2025

IDAHO #243

HIGH-SUCCESS WHITETAILS

You will hunt whitetails in a beautiful area in northwest Idaho, near Kooskia in the Clearwater River area. You will be hunting 1,200 acres of prime, private Idaho deer habitat, and also on several thousand acres of adjacent BLM land. This outfitter has been around many years, and our clients have been booking this hunt regularly and have indicated a high level of satisfaction with the deer hunting, the lodge and the overall experience. This area is much more open than most whitetail hunters are used to – almost like mule deer country, making it a really different experience. It means you have time to scope your deer out, and deer are very visible. Shots are from 50 yards to 300 yards.

This is a fun, high-success (normally 100%) whitetail hunt, but it should not be seen as a true “trophy buck” hunt. Deer taken will be nice 8- and 10-point bucks that will top out at approx. 130”. If you want to be pampered a bit, not work too hard, take a nice buck, see gorgeous country, and maybe sneak in a trip for giant steelhead, then this place is top notch. HUNTS ARE A FULL 7 DAYS! That is rare these days. In Idaho, you can choose to use your tag on a black bear or a mountain lion, if one shows.

Price is $3,495 per person, including guiding, meals and lodging. 6% Idaho sales tax is extra. Non-hunters $1,000 per person.

2025 DATES:          October 10-16 (2 spots)

October 30-November 5 (2 spots)

WYOMING #232

PREMIUM TROPHY BULL ELK

Do you have a min. of 17 elk preference points in Wyoming and have been waiting and looking for just the right hunt to use them? The search is over!

This massive ranch in central Wyoming is over 570,000 acres, making it the largest contiguous ranch in the Rocky Mountains (to our knowledge). It is home to thousands of elk, antelope and mule deer, some of which die of old age due to the sheer size of this place. They have some great trout fishing as well. Hunters are housed in a gorgeous 4-star lodge, with delicious meals served every night.

The terrain is “moderate” in terms of physicality and varies from open meadows in the timber to vast juniper flats to windswept ridgelines. The elevation is fairly high at 6,500-8,500 feet, but the outfitter can usually accommodate various physical abilities. Depending on the time of year, hunts can range from bugling in rutting herd bulls in the thick timber, to spotting and stalking elk on open ridgelines.

They have some truly huge elk on the ranch. They try not to harvest anything under 335” (but it does happen occasionally), and enjoy a 350” average some years. However, bulls up to 370+” live there! The hunting pressure is also low, due to the sheer size of the ranch and the number of points required to draw. They average about 10 hunters per year, but some years it’s been as few as just 3.

The 2026 pricing has not been set yet, but the 2025 price was $12,000 per person 1x1 for a 5-day hunt, food and lodging included, and we don’t expect 2026 to be much different. That is a very fair price today for a hunt of this quality! If you have at least 17 elk preference points, give us a call. IT’S NOT TOO EARLY TO BOOK A 2026 ELK HUNT!

Archery Season: September 1-30

Rifle Season: October 1-31

YUKON #121

GIANT BULL MOOSE

Alaska/Yukon Moose are the largest moose in the world and are abundant throughout this outfitter’s hunting area. Trophy bulls in this area average anywhere from 58”-63”, but it’s not uncommon to see bulls over 65+”. This family-owned and operated outfitting business is located in the central Yukon, and they have been involved in the outfitting and guiding industry for over 30 years in the Yukon and elsewhere. Their broad background and experience helps to ensure the success of your hunt and the satisfaction of their clients. A solid outfitter with a great concession that knows his game!

The hunting territory is approx. 140 air miles north of Whitehorse. The country is magnificent, and accessible only by boat or plane. They are the only permitted big game guiding company in this 7,000 square mile area (approximately 4.5 million acres). Using a variety of spike camps throughout the hunting area, they are able to offer quality hunting for Stone sheep, moose, mountain caribou, grizzly, black bear, wolf and wolverine. They also offer spring hunts for grizzly and black bears, and winter hunts for wolf. You will also find unbelievable fishing in the many lakes and rivers throughout the hunting area. Hunts are conducted on horseback, by boat and/or Argo, with one guide assigned to each hunter.

These 10-day moose hunts are $30,000 USD per person 1x1. Fees for charter, licenses and taxes will add approx. $5,000 USD. This price includes trophy fees for black bear, wolf and wolverine. Mountain caribou or grizzly can be added on some hunts for a trophy fee of $15,000 USD each.
