At NW Women's Fitness, your health is our highest priority and we are dedicated to follow all guidelines established by state and local authorities. Effective Friday, July 24th the mask requirement in gyms has been updated to the following: Face coverings will be required by all employees and members while indoors, even while exercising. This includes personal training inside the club, team training and group fitness classes.

We have been committed to ensuring the safety of our members since our re-opening. We continue to deeply sanitize and clean the club every evening and we close mid-day for extra sanitation. Frequent hand washing is recommended and personal sanitation supplies are provided throughout the club.

We have established a maximum capacity for club use and group fitness to allow for social distancing. Members are asked to make a reservation via our NWWF app ( available on google play ) or our website through your personal account. Walk in access will be allowed on a first come, first serve basis and only if maximum capacity has not been reached.

During phase 1, the locker room, showers, sauna and light/aromatherapy room will remain closed. There is a one-way traffic pattern in the restroom. We are not offering sweat towel service nor allowing outside towels to come in to the club. Disposable towels are available.

Group fitness classes are scheduled to allow for time between classes and interior doors will remain open for ventilation. Class attendees will be required to exit out of the gym through the group fitness door. Masks are mandated for the duration of the class and at all times indoors. All group fitness classes are also available virtually through zoom or mindbody livestream!

Unless otherwise noted in direct communication, club memberships will automatically re-activate on your next due date. If for any reason you are not ready to return to the club, please email info@nwwomensfitness.com. We will be happy to work with you and find the best way to take care of you and your membership. We encourage members to enjoy our virtual options for group fitness and our online video library. Please call us for details!

How do I sign up?
  • Using the NW Women's Fitness App , view "Gym Usage sign up" or "Group Fitness" to see available gym times and classes.
  • Click on the time you want to workout or class you want to take.
  • Click on "Book Class"
  • Members must have an active membership to book their time at the club and group fitness classes.

closed for deep cleaning 11am - 12pm
12pm-1pm reserved for seniors

Tuesday/Thursday
      8:45am - 7pm  
closed for deep cleaning 2pm - 3pm 
3pm-4pm reserved for seniors

            8:45am - 1pm Saturday
