NWWF Temporary Closure

Dear NW Women's Fitness Members,

NWWF management and staff are eagerly waiting to be able to welcome members back into our facility whenever the temporary freeze is lifted in Multnomah County and the Oregon Health Authority's guidelines allow gyms and fitness centers to re-open. We are closely monitoring communication from the governor's office and will be ready to open at a moment's notice.

Virtual group fitness classes and on-demand videos are still available and we are continuing to add content to these offerings.

Massage and Esthetic services fall under personal services that are allowed in the guidelines. These services are offered by appointment only during our closure. Personal training and team training options will continue virtually or have been moved outdoors. You can request an appointment through your account on our app or website, or email sam@nwwomensfitness.com to book any spa service or a virtual appointment with a personal trainer.

We are incredibly grateful for your support during these challenging times. Your loyalty and dedication to our community are tremendously appreciated. We are happy to continue to build our vibrant NWWF community, as we have for the last 75 years.

We are going to come out of this together. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us. We will, of course, be closed and therefore not answering our phones. You can reach us via email sam@nwwomensfitness.com, or info@nwwomensfitness.com. You are also welcome to call me directly on my cell at 503.459.9375.

Yours in Good Health,

Elizabeth Kramer
