We are so excited to announce that with Governor Brown's latest announcement, that NW Women's Fitness will be allowed to expand our capacity on Friday, February 12th. What does this mean? We can begin to have in-club group fitness classes, expand our downstairs area capacity to 12 members, and reduce social distancing requirements from 25 feet back to 6 feet.

Please review our operating procedures below so you are prepared upon your return to NWWF.

Face coverings are required by all employees and members while indoors, even while exercising. This includes personal training inside the club and team training.

We will sanitize and clean the club every evening and mid-day for safety. Frequent hand washing is recommended and personal sanitation supplies are provided throughout the club.

We continue to have a special hour for seniors after the mid-day cleaning at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and at 3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We have always had fresh air return in each downstairs room for better ventilation.

Members are required to make a reservation through your personal NWWF account via our NWWF app (available on google play) or our website (click Member Login)

The locker room, showers, sauna and light/aromatherapy room will remain closed. There is a one-way traffic pattern in the restroom. We are not offering sweat towel service nor allowing outside towels to come in to the club. Disposable towels are available. All personal training and team training services are booked in a private room or outside with your trainer.

In Club Group fitness classes will be open!!!! Check our current schedule for the latest class and instructor updates.

We are happy to work with you and find the best way to take care of you and your membership. Fitness is an essential service and we are here to support you in your health and wellness. Personal training, team training and group fitness are all available in person or virtually to fit your comfort level. We welcome you to enjoy our virtual options for group fitness and our online video library. Please call us for details!
