Successful leaders know that the greatest investment you can make is in your people

But how do you prepare your rising stars to become your next generation of senior leadership?

Consider the NY Alliance's Executive Leadership Development Series, a dynamic, comprehensive learning program that is guided by accomplished faculty and facilitators to empower learners to develop core leadership competencies and the confidence to deliver on all organizational goals.

Unlike other programs that squeeze a wide range of material into a few days and leave learners without follow-up, the NY Alliance Executive Leadership Development Series is designed to provide focused topics one at a time over the course of a year. The series also offers "deeper dive" sessions to cultivate more in-depth dialogues around the topic areas. Learners will also join a community of like-minded emerging leaders upon completion of the series.
