We hope everyone is having a great spring season. Saratoga Regattas is excited to host the 2026 New York State Scholastic Championship Regatta on May 9th and 10th. Below is some important venue information. We hope this helps everyone in their preparations to have a great regatta experience.

Jackie Davison will serve as the primary point of contact for Saratoga Regattas for the 2026 NYSSRA State Championship. If you have any questions please email regattas@saratogarowing.com.

ALL PARKING PASSES (Including Trailers and Food Tents) can be purchased using the link below.

Parking Passes are for TEAM use only.

Trailers

All trailer registrations come with a parking pass for the tow vehicle. 

• Trailers may arrive starting on Friday May 8th between 11am-8pm.
• Trailers arriving on Saturday may arrive before racing between 6:00-7:00am.
• For those coming just for Sunday racing trailers may arrive after the conclusion of racing on Saturday until 8pm or between 6:00-7:00am on Sunday. (*we will update exact times when racing schedule is finalized)

Food Tents

Each team may purchase one food tent space. Each food tent space comes with two food tent passes for your food tent crew. You will be assigned your food tent spot upon arrival. Each tent space will be approximately 10x20 feet.

Parking Passes

Each team is permitted to purchase two additional team vehicle parking passes for use by their coaches/volunteers. This will be the only one site parking available. These passes will be given to your trailer driver upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL SPECTATOR INFORMATION

Spectator Parking and Shuttle

There is no spectator parking at the State Boat Launch/Lee's Park/Lago Restaurant.

Drop off is permitted in the drop-off loop at the venue. All drop-off traffic must go through the full loop. Please be respectful of our traffic control volunteers as they work to keep things flowing safely and effectively. Please also be respectful of Lee's Park property as it is NOT part of the regatta venue.

Off site parking is available free of charge at the Saratoga Casino (21 Nelson Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866). A shuttle will run every 15 minutes from 7am to 5pm to take people to and from the Casino and the course. There is a $5 fee to use the shuttle. We strongly encourage spectators to use this option.

There is street parking near the venue on Union Ave, in Regatta View and on Crescent Ave. Please be considerate when parking and respect all parking signs. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Other Spectator Info

Racing will be streamed on Overnght. Link for the stream will be sent out closer to the regatta.

There is no spectating from the State Boat Launch dock area or Lee's Park. Please keep the State Boat Launch area clear for crews launching and returning. Lee's Park is private property and NOT part of the regatta venue.
