Keynote speech for NYMTC council meeting

His remarks centered on transportation equity and access under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. With New York expected to receive over $26 billion in funding, Eddie shared what this funding means for the ten counties overseen by NYMTC and how the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) can utilize these funds to reduce emissions and improve public transportation in the region.
