The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is proud to introduce NYCHA Alerts - an online system that alerts NYCHA residents to service outages and restorations within their development.
NYCHA Alerts will post and send email notifications to NYCHA residents when the following building services are interrupted and when they get restored: compactors, electricity, elevators, gas, heat and water.
As a security measure, residents will need to log in to the NYCHA Alerts page to see information specific to their development. Once logged-in, residents can subscribe to receive NYCHA Alerts automatically by email.
NYCHA is committed to communicating more effectively with all residents. NYCHA Alerts is one way to give residents timely information about their building services.
