Our Golf Tournament was a Huge Success!

What a Day on the Green!

On Thursday, April 3rd, we hosted our Inaugural NYOS Golf Tournament at Morris Williams Golf Course—and it was a huge success! Despite a bit of early drizzle, the weather turned out beautiful, and the day was filled with high energy, friendly competition, and strong community spirit. Thanks to your support, we raised over $33,000 (gross) for the NYOS Fund!

A heartfelt thank you to our golfers, whose sportsmanship and generosity truly stood out, and to our amazing sponsors, auction item donors, and volunteers who helped make this event possible.

Thank you to our Golf Sponsors:

QA Construction Service, Dynamic Support Solutions LLC, Buckeye International, Hertz Furniture, Moontower Signage & Branding, McQuiston Family, Elk Electric, Inc., Global Computer Sales, Wapiti, Parmer Lane Orthodontist, Sharp Business Systems, Armour Security, Blackhill Roofing, Donan Cleaning, SLHA, and Tamil School.

Thank you to our Auction item donors as well:

Total Wine & More, Lake Travis Zip Line Adventures, Round Rock Express, Taurus Academy, Cici's Pizza, Barnes & Noble, Consuela, Original Pancake House, Zaviya Grill, The Rowing Dock, and Kendra Scott

And yes—we’ll be back next year! Stay tuned for details on an even bigger and better tournament.

Scroll down to check out photos from the day, and if you were there, we’d love to hear your favorite memory!

Get Ready for BINGO Night!

🎉 B-I-N-G-O! Get Ready for Bingo Night – Volunteers & Donations Needed!

Mark your calendars — NYOS is hosting a Bingo Night Fundraiser on Friday, May 2nd from 6–8 PM, and it’s going to be a blast! But we need YOUR help to make it a winning night for everyone!

We’re calling on our amazing NYOS families to help in a few key ways:

🍿 Donate to Our Concession Stand!

Help us stock our concession stand by donating funds or snacks and drinks. Think chips, candy, sodas, water bottles, and baked goods. Every bite supports our cause! And remember, your in-kind donation counts as volunteer hours!

🎁 Prize Donations Wanted!

We’re looking for awesome prizes to keep the crowd excited — things like:

Gift cards (local restaurants, Target, Amazon, etc.)

New household items (small appliances, gadgets, etc.)

Experiences like museum passes, escape room tickets, or weekend getaways

Fun gift baskets (spa kits, movie night, art supplies, etc.)

💸 Prefer to donate funds? We’ll gladly shop for you! Every dollar helps us buy great prizes and treats to keep the fun going strong.

🧑‍🏫 Volunteer as a Bingo Night Helper or share some planning advice!

We’re looking for volunteers to help set up, sell cards, run the prize table, and keep the good times rolling. If you have a knack for calling out numbers with flair, consider helping emcee the fun! Go to our volunteer sign-up on our Track if Forward app. If you have some fun ideas or are a professional BINGO player, "advise us" with your ideas at info@nyos.org

If you’d like to donate, please click https://secure.qgiv.com/for/nyochaschin and please be sure to note on your donation that the donation is meant for the BINGO Night Fundraising expenses, or contact Blanca Martinez, Community Outreach at bmartinez@nyos.org.

Let’s make Bingo Night a huge hit — for our students, our community, and our school! Thank you for your continued support! 💙💛

The NYOS D&D Club is fundraising with a new t-shirt made by one of our seniors! These t-shirts are going for the low-low price of only $10 thanks to the donated services of the small business, Bumperactive!
