Earlier this week NYSAFAH hosted its annual Awards for Excellence in Affordable Housing at The Yale Club in New York City. We honored advocates, developers, architects, MWBEs and nonprofits alike. This year's Advocate of the Year and Lifetime Achievement in Housing Awards were honored via video tribute which can be viewed below. Congratulations to all of this year's honorees and thank you to all who attended and to our sponsors for supporting the event and our work in housing.

The Supportive Housing Network of New York (The Network) and the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) present a NYC Council Speaker Candidate Forum moderated by Ben Max, Executive Editor, Gotham Gazette.

Featuring confirmed NYC Council Members Adrienne Adams, Gale Brewer, Francisco Moya, and Carlina Rivera, and invited members Diana Ayala, Farah Louis, and Keith Powers (updated upon confirmation).

Candidates will discuss supportive and affordable housing initiatives, community deference, wages, zoning, and an array of other housing and affordability related topics. Don't miss it!
