COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Hypnosis is diverse in not only its methods but also its theoretical underpinnings. It has been fostered within many traditions but not as yet adopted or owned by any one explanatory principle, such as psychodynamics, neurophysiology, altered state theory , and so on. Hence, we find mindfulness as another way for hypnosis to be useful and added to our bag of professional interventions.
OBJECTIVES:
1- Participants will be able to use many of learned Mindfulness techniques [metaphors, observation, staying in the present moment, plus] within a clinical hypnosis treatment plan.
2- Participants will be able to use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Hypnotherapy in order to reduce and or eliminate various Skin Disorders.
3-Participants will learn to use Mindful Self-hypnosis to help when working with various Stress disorders.
4-Participants will be able to use key mindful 'concepts' [The most important thing about being Mindful is remembering to be mindful: Do less notice more, plus] within most treatment plans.
