Technical Assistance: Robust virtual audits designed to streamline processes and enhance the public availability of programs. Vendor engagement strategies to support the growth of supply chain capacity and innovative technologies.

Purposeful Demonstrations: Robust pilot programs for the Comfort Home program, support for zero-carbon initiatives, and collaboration with high-impact structures, such as institutional and industrial buildings.

Codes & Standards: Improve and consolidate public tools and training to enforce zero-emissions codes and next-gen product standards while updating existing offers and compliance checks to meet new regulation and scoping plan requirements.

Workforce Development: Programs to promote upskilling for people currently employed by the energy sector, wage reimbursement and retention incentives for businesses, and support for fossil fuel worker transitions.

Awareness/Education: Boost use of online hubs like NY Energy Advisor for residential buildings, encourage utilization of training modules/videos, and localized campaigns integrated with Climate Smart Communities program with focus on weatherization and electrification.
Projected Outcomes by 2030:
- Online services and technical assistance to support 155K residential and 1,600 non-residential program participants, aiming to enhance program reach.
- At least 750 workers trained to give financial benefits directly back to communities.
- 7.0 TBTU eqv. direct energy savings.
- Up to 5.0 TBTU eqv. in indirect savings.
