106th Annual NYSFRW Conference!

May 4th and 5th

Albany, NY

A Message from NYSFRW President, Trisha Turner

Welcome to the March 2025 NYSFRW newsletter and to petition season! As I write this, our dedicated volunteers are out in the field, tirelessly gathering petitions for our candidates. Thank you for braving the inclement weather and taking the time to support them!

We are in a dynamic political environment, as evidenced by President Trump’s address to Congress on March 4. His statement—“To my fellow citizens, America’s back”—set the tone for his report on the swift and decisive actions he has taken to advance America’s agenda.

In just over 40 days, President Trump has achieved more than any other modern president in such a short time. He has prioritized securing our borders, ensuring fair trade, cutting wasteful government spending, and protecting women's sports. He is on the verge of brokering peace between Ukraine and Russia and is actively strengthening our economy.

His leadership, energy, and passion inspire us as Republicans. His heartfelt recognition of a young cancer patient, the appointment of a young man to West Point, and his acknowledgment of Jocelyn and Laken and so many others during his speech, remind us of our duty to care for one another and to stand against policies that cause harm.

I look forward to welcoming you to the May 4th and 5th Annual Conference for the NYSFRW. Please register now and reserve your room at www.nysfrw.com. This year, our theme is “The Empire Strikes Back”—a fitting rallying cry as we prepare to take back New York State in the upcoming governor’s race. Your dedication and support will be crucial in this fight. Let’s stand together and make a difference!

For Liberty and with Gratitude,

Trisha Turner
