Registration is now open for the 3rd annual NYSPHSAA Foundation Golf Tournament Fundraiser! This year’s event will take place on Monday, July 27th at the Brookfield Country Club in Clarence. Registration includes the driving range, lunch, golf with cart, and dinner with raffles and prizes. All proceeds go towards grant funding for school programs.

The Sportsmanship Promotion Survey is designed to assess how schools are promoting positive sportsmanship within their athletic departments. The award is presented to schools which have developed proactive approaches in keeping sportsmanship in the forefront with their students, coaches, spectators, and communities.

Deadline to submit is Monday, April 6th.

The submission deadline is Monday, March 16, 2026.

NYSPHSAA Participation Survey

NYSPHSAA’s mandatory Annual Participation Survey will be released later this winter. To ensure your school is ready, we strongly encourage all member schools to complete the Readiness Checklist in FinalForms.

Completing the checklist now will confirm your school’s ability to sign in, verify key personnel, and update required information. Taking a few minutes will help avoid delays and issues later in the year.

Winter and Spring rule books are all now available! Go digital with the new and very much improved NFHS Digital App!

The Team Up 4 Community platform is now accepting submissions for the Winter NYSPHSAA Community Service Challenges!

The deadline to submit a service initiative for the Winter challenge is Monday, March 9. Submissions made at any point in the school year are considered for a Community Service Challenge award!

The NYSPHSAA Foundation is offering school grants of up to $1,000.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed quarterly.

Deadline for Class of 2026 Hall of Fame is now closed. 

Record submissions are always being accepted for consideration at the NYSPHSAA offices. Athletic Directors and coaches work together to send in submissions. Learn more by looking at the State Record Report form, or emailing Lexi Swatt-Sheerin with any questions.



The NYSPHSAA office considers any record report submission, no matter the school year the record was completed.
