Chad Hendricks to Speak at 2024 NYS Tourism Conference

Chad Hendricks, President of Experienced Associates, will speak at the 2024 NYS Tourism Conference on the New Market for Immigration (J1) Workers.

As competition for employees, including international employees, continues to rise, he will be focusing on untapped markets in the world that have the education, language, and experience required for hospitality and tourism. You may have to google this country to know where it is!

If your destination or your organization are not already using the J1 visa, find out why you should be and learn how existing J1 employers can expand their recruiting to markets with less competition (or no competition)!
