• The courts have stopped the federal government from disqualifying some nonprofits and local governments from participating in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program based on their missions. The New York Council of Nonprofits thanks those who participated in NYCON's most recent Pulse Survey and submitted comments and/or participated in the sign on letter. NYSTIA participated in supporting NYCON in this effort.
