Call for Presenters: 2nd Annual Winter New York State

250 Commemoration Summit

Do you have a 250th event, promotion or commemoration initiative you'd like to share at the event? There is still time to submit your 'Podium Proposal'.


📅 Deadlines: Please submit your proposal by January 23, 2026. A member of the NYSTIA team will respond to your proposal. Slide decks are due February 5.


✅ Requirements: You must be present at the NYS Museum on February 11 to present your topic.


🕰️ Length: Your presentation/briefing should last no longer than 10 minutes so that we can include as many presenters as possible.

There's still time to register to attend! We hope to see you on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 for the 2nd Annual Winter New York State 250 Commemoration Summit, held at the New York State Museum's Huxley Theater. All are welcome to register for free to reserve your seat (or join virtually) for updates from a variety of state officials and executives representing cultural, historic, and tourism entities.
