Help shape one of the most exciting and impactful events in NYS tourism! Are you ready to have fun, make meaningful connections, and support the next generation of tourism professionals? Join the 2026 Scholarship Auction Committee and be part of something truly special!


Your commitment is both brief and rewarding: Monthly virtual meetings (Fridays) kick off in November with Committee work from January until April’s conference


As a committee member, you'll collaborate with colleagues across New York State’s 11 tourism regions to gather travel package donations for our annual auction. These packages showcase the best of NYS—its destinations, experiences, and hospitality—and help raise funds for scholarships that launch careers in tourism.

Whether you are a seasoned pro or new to NYSTIA, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute, connect, and celebrate the spirit of New York tourism.

The issue will offer some compelling benefits targeting age 50-59 'active & adventurous' audience, advertisers will receive matching space for advertorial content, and the issue will offer reader service lead generation, delivering thousands of contacts!
