Time is running out to take advantage of discounted room rates and early bird registration for the 2026 New York State Tourism Conference. If you have not yet booked your stay or registered, now is the time to act!


While our host hotel reached capacity earlier this year, Oneida County Tourism has secured two excellent nearby overflow hotel options at special group rates for conference attendees. Reservations must be made by Sunday, March 22. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released back into general inventory and the discounted rates can no longer be guaranteed.
