You only have until midnight this Sunday, June 1 to nominate a deserving NYS tourism professional, organization, or solutions provider for the 2025 NYS Tourism Excellence Awards. There will be no more deadline extensions to allow time for judging and contacting awardees.


The Awards are open to the entire tourism industry of New York State! You need not be a member of NYSTIA to nominate or be nominated. Awards FAQ You can check out the awards nominations portal for examples of past winners, and prep documents to make your nomination process quick and easy.

The Wednesday Webinars are back! Join us this fall as a presenter and share your best practices and case studies with the wider tNYS tourism community. All sessions get recorded and posted in an archive on the website as well as shared and promoted in the newsletter. The deadline for your submissions is July 31st.

We're seeking volunteers to help promote New York State destinations at the New York State Fair. As a volunteer, you'll engage with fairgoers at the New York State Fair Exposition Center and assist them in planning their next New York State vacation!

Volunteers will receive a free parking pass and admission ticket for the day(s) you volunteer.
