The Canal New York Marketing & Business Alliance invites members, friends, and colleagues to the Seneca Falls Museum and Tourism Center for an engaging program of reflections, presentations and professional development focused on heritage tourism, community revitalization, and strategic marketing.


The program will include presentations highlighting the unique heritage, partnerships and initiatives shaping Seneca Falls and the surrounding region:

  • Don Stanko, Lead Ranger, National Women's Rights Historical Park
  • Judy Wentzel, Executive Director, Bonafiglia Family Foundation and board member of the Seneca Falls Development Corporation

Recap: Advocacy Through Industry Storytelling Q2 June 8 Session

Thank you to the many individuals who us yesterday for the Q2 Advocacy Through Industry Storytelling session. Hosted by the NYSTIA Advocacy Committee and led by Josiah Brown, the New York Sherpa, Famous Destination Marketing and Amanda Dana, Orange County Tourism, key topics discussed included ways to build relationships with stakeholders, engage with the community, and effectively communicate that tourism organizations are much more than marketing entities; they are quality of life stewards.


The next Advocacy Through Industry Storytelling session will be hosted again this fall, so keep an eye out in this newsletter for the date and registration link.
