US Youth Soccer Updates
COVID-19

USYS has developed a COVID Tip Sheet guidance document for club use.

Birth Year Modification

Due to the impact COVID-19 has had on our U-19’s, the Board has approved our request to allow all players aging out to play one additional season. Therefore, USYS will allow the U-20’s to play with U-19’s during the 2020-21 season only. This ask was supported by various committees and did get support from US Adult Soccer.

We also understand that these rules and regulation differ from county to county. We will demonstrate universal practice ideas for practice with distance.

Parent / Athlete Resources
MOVE United Elite Training Grant
The Elite Team is designed to support and empower emerging youth athletes with disabilities, ages 13-24, who are training competitively in sports that are featured in the Summer and Winter Paralympic Games.  We aim to identify and assist athletes who are trying to bridge the gap between grassroots and elite sports.

This program is intended to not only enhance the efforts of its athletes through funding opportunities, but to increase their visibility within the pipeline of their sport, and help them become the best athletes they can be, both on and off the field of play.
