AIRLINE TICKETS

It is time for you to look at purchasing airline tickets for our trip! While we know everyone has their own schedules and preferences, we have listed here the basics that you need to know when choosing your flights.

We will be doing an airport pick up at Sacramento (SMF) October 8th at 3:00pm and we will be doing an airport drop off at Sacramento (SMF) October 12th at 10:30am.

• This airport pick up and drop off is included in the overall cost. If you do not take our airport car we can help you set up your own ride, but you will have to pay for that separately.
• The house is an hour and half away from SMF so we will be leaving at 9am Sunday morning to get you there at 10:30am. To be safe try to get a flight out after 12:00pm.
• If you do wish to fly into another airport you can set up a driver to pick you up from San Francisco (SFO) it is also around an hour and half but there is more traffic.
• Santa Rosa (STS) is about 45 min away but it is a small airport and doesn't have as many options for flights.

UPGRADE YOUR ROOM

A few of us staff members were able to stay at the house you will be staying at during our Napa Experience last week and believe me this property is amazing! The pictures don't do the view justice, it is absolutely the best view in Napa Valley. While every room is 5 star and has it's own bathroom, and is beautifully decorated with European antiques, 2 of the rooms go above and beyond.

Examples of our 10 standard rooms:

Luxury suite 1 in the main house:

This room has a king bed with a bathtub, and 2 sinks plus a private bathroom with a shower. The bed has a 10 ft tall headboard constructed from a hand painted, French, merry-go-round marquee dating from the early 1900’s. In the corner is a antique Swedish dressing table and matching dresser from the same period. You'll will wake up and open the curtains to an all-glass front facade with ceilings rising to 14ft and endless views across the pool to Sonoma County beyond.

Nora stayed in this room while we were visiting and said she "felt like a princess!"

Luxury Suite 2 in the second house:

This suite is the largest on the property and located in the second villa on the property. It's huge seating area has 2 couches, television and massive armoire that is custom made from the gates to a house in Marrakech. The majority of the lights and furnishings are 20th century French. The balcony overlooks the pool to the main house and all of Sonoma Valley.

We are going to sell these two rooms for an extra $250 per night ($1000 total).

There is also an extra room (not included in the 10 standard and 2 upgrades) in one of the villas that we will rent out to a group of 4 who wants it for no extra charge. This extra room has a king bed with full size kitchen and dining room but is connected to one of the other rooms. It would be perfect for a group of 4 who knows each other and wants extra space that is just yours to hang out in. If not we will not put anyone it it since you're sharing space with another room. Let us know if you'd like that for your group.
