The environment in Southwest Florida continues to be challenging, but we’re still moving forward. We are and will continue to do our part. Our real estate market has been positive in our area as of late. Nearly 18% of the properties on the market have been listed within the last month. Naples Area Real Estate Update
The May Real Estate Trends Report shows high demand for single family homes in Naples, Florida. Property showings in May increased 244 percent compared to showings in April.

The most notable trend was the increase in pending sales in May which increased 90 percent compared to pending sales in April.

Due to low inventory, there are fewer luxury golf communities with more than 10 month's supply of homes for sale. Audubon Country Club, Pelican Landing, Mediterra, Miromar Lakes and West Bay remain on the list making homes in these southwest Florida private golf communities a great buying opportunity.

Lee County Real Estate Trends
The latest Lee County real estate recap from the Florida Association of Realtors shows May home sales and inventory decreased double-digits compared to the same time last year.

However, pending sales increased 2.2 percent during the month. The good news is, now that the state is open, there is increased activity in showings throughout Southwest Florida.
