Naples August Housing Market Statistics Strong
According to the latest August Housing market statistics for Naples, closed sales of properties during during the month increased 5 percent to 719 homes from 685 homes in August 2017. A 21 percent increase in condo sales drove the overall increase in closed sales for the month. Additionally, total inventory during August also rose by 2 percent.
