The latest statistics show inventory continued to tighten in August even as sales increased.
There were 622 closed sales, up 1.1% year over year, while the number of properties for sale fell to 4,093 and months of supply dropped from 8.1 months to 5.4 months.
At the high end, 163 properties sold for $1 million or more, generating more than $741 million in total residential sales volume.
