Metro Grant Appropriation
The Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce was awarded a $25,000 Metro Direct Appropriation Grant for Fiscal Year 2020 from Mayor David Briley, for a second year.

We are truly grateful for the trust and dedication that Metro has in the work that we are doing. We just finished up last year's grant where we used the funds to certify over 20+ LGBT owned businesses and implemented policy change, so LGBT certified businesses could do work with Metro procurement and were tracked.

The other diversity chambers also received $25K again, and the grant has facilitated a new level of cooperation and collaboration between us, for all our members and the betterment of Nashville. We look forward to continuing our work with the Nashville Black Chamber, The Nashville Hispanic Chamber, and the Tennessee Latin American Chamber.

We look forward to continuing the work and appreciate the support form the city. Thank you to the Mayor and Council.
Nashville Pride Festival Winners
Wow, Pride weekend in Nashville was unbelievable. 25,000+ people lined the streets of Broadway for the Pride Parade which included 100+ organizations! Despite some severe weather, the Pride Festival was electric from start to finish with 50,000+ people showing their PRIDE. The Nashville LGBT Chamber was proud to be a part of historic numbers.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Nashville LGBT Chamber booth. We loved spreading the word about our organization and getting new people involved in our community! Our Scavenger Hunt was a huge success!
We hope everyone was able to talk to our members about the work they do. Congratulations to following winners who visited all the businesses and returned their cards to enter the drawing:
