Inquirers' Class - Spring 2026

Sunday, March 22, 9:30 AM

Led by Andrew Scales and members of the Membership Committee, our spring Inquirers’ Class offers an opportunity to learn more about Nassau Presbyterian Church — our worship, mission, ministries, and life together. Perfect attendance is not required, and attending the class does not obligate you to join. Come for thoughtful conversation, new connections, and a deeper look at the breadth and depth of our congregation’s ministry and witness.

Mission and Outreach

Youth Sunday Special Offering:

Appalachia Service Project

On Sunday, March 22, we will receive a special offering to support Nassau’s summer mission trip with the Appalachia Service Project (ASP). Each summer, our youth and adult volunteers travel to Central Appalachia to help make homes warmer, safer, and drier for families in need.

Your gift today helps provide items such as:

$10 – A box of nails

$15 – Construction screws and fasteners

$35 – A gallon of exterior paint

$40 – A sheet of plywood or drywall

$50 – A bundle of roofing shingles

$100+ – Lumber for ramps, porches, and structural repairs

Every gift helps place tools and materials in the hands of our youth as they serve families in need. Thank you for supporting Nassau’s mission in Appalachia.

Hunger Offering

On Sunday, March 29, we will receive the monthly Hunger Offering, a designated special offering for alleviating hunger in our community and around the world. The Mission & Outreach Committee partners with the following recipients of the hunger offering: HomeFront, Presbyterian Hunger Program, Send Hunger Packing Princeton, Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, and Uniting Reformed Church in Stellenbosch, South Africa. In February, the congregation gave $7,627. Thank you for your faithful generosity as we work together until all are fed.

Mission Spotlight - Presbyterian Disaster Assistance

This month, Nassau’s Mission & Outreach Committee is focusing on mission work in our denomination, the Presbyterian Church (USA). Presbyterian Disaster Assistance is one of the ways the PC(USA) strives to be the hands and feet of Christ in the world. PDA’s work empowers congregations and mission partners of the PC(USA) to witness to the healing love of Christ as they care for and serve for communities adversely affected by crises. Learn more about PDA online and find ways to give and get involved.

Change Lives this Summer

Sunday, July 5 - Saturday, July 11

Adults Needed (21+)

Warmer. Safer. Drier.

Nassau Church is preparing for our annual ASP mission trip to Appalachia — and we are just 4–5 adult leaders short of our goal. ASP teams are made up of 2 adults and 5 teens, and we hope to take more than 60 participants this year. To make that possible, we need a few more adults willing to offer steady presence, encouragement, and leadership for the week.

No construction experience? No problem. ASP provides training, and the work is relational, meaningful, and deeply impactful. The most important qualification is a willingness to serve alongside our youth and support families in need.

Deposit forms are available in the literature rack outside the church office and on the Youth Ministry section of our website.
