This season is a tender time for those experiencing bereavement & sorrow. Through prayer, music, and scripture, we gather beside one another and seek compassion. We gather because God calls us to support and care for one another.

Give online using the link provided or by using Church Life on your phone. Checks can be mailed to 61 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ 08542, dropped off in the drop box near the base of the ramp by the parking lot or placed in the offering plates on Sunday morning.

The Session is grateful to all who have pledged their financial support for 2024. If you have not yet pledged, please consider joining us in supporting our daily ministry and mission. Pledge forms can be found in the literature rack outside the church office or online at www.nassauchurch.org or you may pledge through My Nassau. You may also check the status of your pledge payments for 2023 on My Nassau. 

We have become aware that some of you may have received emails or texts that appear to be from Dave Davis or other church staff requesting your help. Church staff emails will always come from a nassauchurch.org email – not a gmail or other address – and church staff will not ask you to buy gift cards. 

Please DO NOT respond to these emails or texts. We can all work together to deter this by reporting these phishing attempts through our service providers’ reporting processes. If you have questions, please call the church office or email office@nassauchurch.org.

We appreciate that folks want to help and want to make sure that none of us are taken advantage of. 

Next Sunday, December 17, we will collect this PC(USA) denominational offering. The money raised provides assistance to current and retired church workers in their time of need and goes toward developing future leaders at Presbyterian-related schools and colleges equipping communities of color.

Drop off in the main office on Sundays by January 7

The Mass Incarceration Task Force is collecting 2024 calendars to send to East Jersey State Prison in Rahway. The calendars must not have wire bindings, but staples are okay.

Christmas Poinsettias

You are invited to give a poinsettia in memory or honor of a loved one. A full listing of names will be printed in the Order of Worship on Dec. 17. Cards are available in the office with checks payable to "Nassau Presbyterian Church" or at the link below.

Health for Haiti Tree

Deadline: Jan 7

 Decorate our Christmas Tree in the Assembly Room with items needed for the Haiti clinic: muscle rub, antibiotic cream, gauze, tape, Band-Aids, ACE bandages, thermometers, wooden tongue depressors, non-latex gloves, hand lotion, small cakes of soap, packaged toothbrushes, small children’s toys (matchbox cars, jump ropes, etc.), barrettes, and hair ribbons.

Sunday, December 10, after each service

Hand-crafted Christmas Cards, designed and created by members of Nassau, will be sold in support of two of our international mission partners Woman, Cradle of Abundance and Villages in Partnership. Packages of cards are $15 - $20.

Cantorei/H.S. Alumni Choir

ALL High School Alumni are invited for refreshments at 6:00 PM, Assembly Room.

Cantorei, our high school choir, invites choir alumni to join them for the 5:00 PM service. All are welcome!

This fall marked ten years since the inception of the in-choir Bible study led by Carol Wehrheim. If you ever participated in this group that met Wednesday afternoons during children’s choirs, please join the celebration. Stop by anytime from 9 to 11 AM on Monday, December 18th in the conference room.

ArtSpace studio is located at the heart of the HomeFront Family Campus in Ewing, NJ. Clients learn about and experiment with multiple media in this healing, non-judgmental environment. In the process, they discover personal and truthful content that allows them to explore their feelings, increases self-confidence, restores a sense of personal well-being, and reminds them of their goals and dreams. While the building remains locked on some weekdays, administrative staff are onsite full time and program staff are in the office regularly. Please use the doorbell at the ramp entrance if you need access when the church office is open. If you need to drop something off, the locked drop box at the bottom of the ramp is checked daily.
