Still Blooming, Photography by Juanell Boyd
A Photo Show & Sale to Benefit the Hunger Offering, through December 3.
“Children see their peers developing capabilities that they do not yet have, while older adults may lose capabilities they once had, so we all need to find new ways to bloom. The variety of flowers displayed in this show can serve as a metaphor for the variety of ways we find throughout our lifetime to do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with our God.”

Grief is one of life’s most profound experiences. Many of us are simply not prepared for the level of sadness, isolation, and vulnerability that often result after losing someone we deeply love. This fall we have expanded and will offer two separate groups. Please join us as we share our journeys of grief, supported by God’s grace, scripture, and one another.

Invitation to Reflect and Write
Although it seems like a long way off, it’s now time to start creating our 2024 Lenten Devotional—a wonderful tradition of Nassau Church which is a highlight of our worship together. Members and Friends of the congregation will be writing their personal reflections on Bible texts, which will be made available to all during the season of Lent. Would you like to contribute? We need 47 writers! You can sign up at the Lenten Devotional table during coffee hour in October, where members of the committee will be available to answer any questions.
