Mission and Outreach

Mass Incarceration Task Force Meeting

Monday, November 4, 7-8:30 PM on Zoom

The Task Force is motivated by the deep conviction that every human being is a beloved child of God. But as justice advocate Bryan Stevenson stated, “You can’t understand most of the important things from a distance. You have to get close.” Get informed and discover tangible ways to Seek Justice, Love Kindness and Walk Humbly with God - whether through volunteering with a partner organization, writing letters to your NJ representatives, or helping with legislative efforts. Even small acts make a difference. November's featured speaker is

Dr. Gillian Knapp, Emeritus Professor of Astrophysical Sciences at Princeton University and co-founder of the Prison Teaching Initiative. Please join us!
